Returns and refunds

30-day return period
You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order. This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
Return conditions
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn other than reasonable inspection, with original labels, components and packaging. We may reduce a refund where an item has been used or damaged beyond what is necessary to inspect it. Sealed hygiene-sensitive items cannot be returned after their seal is broken unless faulty.
How to request a return
- Email hartleyco@proton.me with your order number and the item you want to return.
- Wait for approval and return instructions.
- Mail the item to the return address supplied in the approval email. Use only that address because the sender address on a parcel may not be a returns facility.
Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying return postage for change-of-mind returns. We cover reasonable return costs when an item is faulty, damaged on arrival, incorrect or materially not as described, where required by law. Use a tracked service and retain proof of postage.
Refunds
We inspect returned items and notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund. Where mandatory law provides a shorter deadline, that deadline applies.
Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation. We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order enters processing or has been dispatched. Any statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. To obtain another size or colour, request a return and place a new order after confirming availability.
