This store is operated by Veridian Collective LLC under the name Hartley Co. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from the store.

Store use

You must use the store lawfully and provide accurate order and account information. You must not interfere with the store, introduce malicious code, misuse content or infringe another person’s rights.

Products, pricing and availability

Product descriptions, images, available variants, prices, currency and taxes are shown on the relevant product page and at checkout. Minor colour differences can occur between displays. We may correct genuine errors and contact you if an order is affected. A product is not reserved until an order is accepted.

Orders and payment

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted when we confirm acceptance or dispatch. We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including unavailable stock, suspected fraud, pricing error or delivery restrictions, and we will refund any amount charged for a cancelled order.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery estimates and costs are set out in the Shipping policy. Return eligibility, instructions, costs and refund timing are set out in the Returns and refunds policy. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.

Intellectual property

Store content is protected by applicable intellectual-property law and may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission, except where law permits.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that rule, we are not responsible for indirect loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of California, United States, while preserving any mandatory rights available to consumers in their country of residence.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new update date. The terms applying to an order are those in effect when the order is placed.
