Order processing

Orders are normally processed in 1–3 business days, Monday to Friday. The daily cut-off is 18:00 local time. Orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends or on public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery time

Delivery normally takes 6–10 business days after dispatch. The total estimated time from order placement is therefore 7–13 business days. These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping cost

Standard tracked shipping is free on all orders. We accept orders only for delivery destinations offered at checkout.

Tracking and address accuracy

Tracking details are emailed after dispatch. Customers must check that the delivery address is complete and accurate before submitting an order. Contact hartleyco@proton.me promptly if an address needs correction.

Delays, loss and damage

If tracking has not updated or an order has not arrived within the estimated period, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier. Report an item that arrives damaged or incorrect promptly and include photographs where possible.

Duties and taxes

Taxes collected by us are shown at checkout. Any import duty or tax not collected at checkout may be payable by the recipient where applicable and permitted by law.
